There is a gas fire pit that can be used. Please remove shoes when entering the house. The spacious mudroom can accommodate shoes from everyone in your group! Neighborhood quiet hours are 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. Hot tub use is permitted during quiet hours provided that noise is kept to a minimum. And speaking of the hot tub, it is serviced before each guest's stay. Please close the hot tub when not in use. It can take an entire day to reheat a hot tub that has had the cover left off. And no sitting or standing on the hot tub cover! HOA rules prohibit RVs and trailers in the neighborhood. There is a parking lot on Airport Rd. that allows these vehicles for a small fee. 4 Cars maximum permitted, including the 2 garage bays. All sporting equipment such as skis, helmets, boots, snowboards, and golf clubs must remain in the garage. There are plenty of ski racks! Garage is heated. Kindly keep the doors closed when the garage is not in use. There is no daily housekeeping service. If you would like to arrange a cleaning during your stay, we would be happy to do that for an additional fee. Stays of 8 nights or longer have a mid-stay cleaning included in the price. Linens, towels, and hot tub towels are provided. However, these items are not allowed to leave the premises. No refunds will be given for travel issues related to storms. This home is often subject to back-to-back bookings. So, extensions to stays will not be granted due to travel related to issues unless the homeowner states that the home is available AND guest agrees to pay the homeowner the market rate (based on the price of the Guest's booking) for the additional stay. Furniture is not to be rearranged. This is a new home with new appliances and equipment; most furnishings are new too. We strive to have everything in wonderful condition for your stay. Should Guest notice any issues upon check-in, Guest will promptly notify Owner or Property Manager. Guest also agrees to notify owner of any issues that may arise with furnishings, appliances or equipment during their stay. Owner and property manager are not responsible for any accidents, injury, or illness that occur while Guest is on the premises. Guest agrees to indemnify and hold Owner and Property Manager harmless for any liabilities, theft, damage, cost, or expense related to Guest's use of the property. Guests are responsible for damages incurred during their stay. If available in your Airbnb checkout cart, we recommend purchasing insurance upon checkout. Minimum rental age is 27.
